which translates into reduced inflammation and pain, and increased flexibility.
Build a Healthy Back:
Here your staff will learn what it means to have balance, its importance in
the
workplace and life, and how that
translates to a healthy back. Participants will be guided through simple
methods to build strength and flexibility, and to release tension.
Reduce Eyestrain While Using Computers:
This workshop is specifically designed for those of your staff who are at
risk, or complain of eyestrain, dry eyes, and headaches. They will learn
what poor vision habits are, how these lead to eye fatigue, and how to
develop healthy vision habits. The ergonomics of the workstations
will also be addressed.
