WHAT IS SELF-HEALING?

Self-Healing is a mind-body approach that helps you discover and look at patterns in your life to determine ‘what is working and what is not’ and then offers the tools to enhance what is working and change what is not working.

 It uses simple techniques of massage, self-massage, breathing, visualization, and movement to create greater mobility, flexibility, and ease in your life.  You will be able to move with more fluidity, less restriction and less pain.

Self-Healing was developed by internationally known author, teacher, and therapist Meir Schneider, founder of the School for Self-Healing in San Francisco.

 The Self-Healing method teaches you to:

  • Develop body awareness so you can discover patterns that prevent you from being in the best of healthSelf-Healing Workshop

  • Learn to address health issues on your own

  • Change the limiting patterns that keep you from feeling as vital and alive as you can

  • Learn to fill your body with deep, full breath, the source of life, to nourish the cells of your body, and to release areas of tension
