WHAT IS SELF-HEALING?
Self-Healing is a
mind-body approach that helps you discover and look at patterns in your
life to determine ‘what is working and what is not’ and then offers the
tools to enhance what is working and change what is not working.
It uses simple
techniques of massage, self-massage, breathing, visualization, and movement
to create greater mobility, flexibility, and ease in your life. You
will be able to move with more fluidity, less restriction and less pain.
Self-Healing was developed by
internationally known author, teacher, and therapist Meir Schneider, founder of
the School for Self-Healing in San
Francisco.
